"Every time I order here, I'm hopeful it's not as bad as the last time...but here we are. My "scheduled" pickup time is always late by at least 20 min, not acknowledged by the staff until I bother someone in the kitchen. Pretty dirty inside and not enough seating to wait. At least 3 old ladies standing for 15 min isn't cool. Mediocre pizza for a cheap price gets you mid service I guess."
"I just got a pepperoni pizza and 1st piece I bit into I almost broke my tooth. I found something hard cooked into it. I took a picture of the hard item that was cooked into my pizza. Calling a Manager then corporate. Maybe even an attorney. That’s so unacceptable. Almost looked like a tooth."

"Pizza was 15 minutes after completion window. Pizza was mad incorrect and I had to return to get it fixed. Although the manager gave me side eye, she did fix my order without incident. This was one bad experience, and I will probably return. Edit: I try to always give a second chance. Tonight my pizza was hot and done correct. The place was very busy, yet the overworked staff was efficient and helpful."
