"I wish I could give zero stars. Or negative 5 stars. Absolutely ridiculous how everytime we order from here, its wrong. I even called them after I placed my order tonight and said very nicely can you please please make sure there is no pickles on the sandwich and no cajun on the corn. She at first told me my order didn't even exist. So I said well when it does come through can you just make sure it's right because we always end up with it being wrong. She says yes. So my order arrives and guess what. Covered in pickles. And cajun. I immediately call Uber Eats to complain. Uber calls Wingstop. Wingstop tells them I'm lying and that they personally checked my food and know for a 100% fact its right. Pathetic customer service. This is why we prefer Chick Fil A."

"first time ever trying wing stop but definitely will never go again. started off with the cashier having a horrible attitude, didn’t welcome us, didnt have any intro to taking my order. just stared at me then when i started ordering they interrupted me to say “name for the order”… maybe ask me that when you say hello. the garlic parmesan tenders were mediocre to put it lightly. it was just LAYERS of parmesan cheese on a dry tender didn’t taste like garlic at all. it took over 20 minutes for our food and they were working on mobile orders first while we waited inside. the bathroom smelled horribly of old urine.. so bad that i could smell it while sitting at the table outside of the restroom as well. the drink station was a mess. none of the tables were clean yet the cashier just stood there playing with their nose ring with their finger in their nose and not washing their own hands. there also wasn’t any where to dispose of our garbage. i’ve heard great things about wing stop and that’s why i wanted to try it but i don’t recommend this location at all."

"My first time going to wing stop. Girl at counter was nice. I ordered by app. It was ready at time quoted. Got to say the wings where plump and juicy better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries where seasoned and taste real good with ranch sauce. Flavor was good. My only complaint. I got 6 wings and 5 where drum sticks and one wing. I hate drum sticks. I know places charge to pick what kind you want that why I did not. 2 drum sticks or even 3 would of been fine but why 5. For minute I thought do you only sell drumsticks if so, I would not return but I saw the one wing buried under the 5. I do recommend. Was more filling than I had expected."

"I’m a very patient person majority of the time. This has to be one of the most miss management location. Out of six employee one or maybe two did make an attempt to work. But you have 4 other employees on their phones and just talking. One had a brace on her leg and was just in the way of the staff. No one was helping the front cashier she was trying to service all the customers. Customer dinning in received there orders last. Mobile orders first, if you ordered at the location it was a 30 minutes wait. The crazy part of it they seen the customers watching them and they continue to be on social media. I do not think it is sanitary to be touching personal phones while making or preparing food. This will need to be a coaching conversation or some type Action. I try to always find the best outcome in situations I just can not fine one here."

"Ordered via UE. First time trying them. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Wings were cooked perfectly and good size. Seasoned fries were really good but their ranch is amazing. Will definitely order from them again."
