"On vacation visiting family in IL and we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza for pickup. I asked them to cook the pizzas separately because my son is allergic to a spice that’s in pepperoni. When I went to pick it up not only were they cooked together but they were both pepperoni. All the queer with the snakebites said was “I thought you were joking” and laughed about my son’s allergy saying “man that really blows”. I pray that the other managers are better than him and they find a replacement soon."

"So at 1030pm I ordered pizza for dinner to get right before midnight. It says delivery till midnight. At Midnight I get a text sorry we are late but your order is still coming. We will text when it is on it's way. We'll at 130am my son looked at the website. It said Order canceled. Never got another email, text or call. If they didn't have enough drivers they should have called or text to give us a chance to pick up our pizza. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR ORDERING NEEDS!!!!!"

"They mess up a $45 delivery order and they are nice enough to mail you a standard postcard for a free medium cheese pizza. How nice of them to care. An insult, not a solution. I don't want anything free actually, I want my order to be correct and reasonably fresh. They are Extremely overpriced for chain pizza. Inconsistent quality, you never know what you get. Inconsistent is worse than just bad. Cook a Tombstone and you will have a better dinner."

"i ordered a side of spicy garlic and this is how it came. what is this? i also had to re-cut the whole pizza myself because whoever prepped it wasn't trained on the pizza cutter apparently. i carried out this order and seeing how messy it looked on the inside, i questioned if i should even be eating food that was made in this establishment. you're better off going across the street to Mariano's and getting a frozen pizza."

"Better than I expected. Sauce was tasty better than two other places I go too. The Oreo bites are amazing. Highly recommend. I would definitely return again over two other places I rather not mention. Also loved the sweet pepper in corner and pizza seasoning. Was ready when I arrived."
