"1/5/2024 Ordered today and got a pizza that looks like it was dropped. Inedible. Thanks for the reply. We already called and the staff said they were going to send out the driver back to pick up the pizza. We left it on the front porch and it's still there 3 hours later. A short time after calling the restaurant they called my wife asking about a beef pocket delivery. When she told the guy that we didn't order a beef pocket but we were waiting for the driver to pickup the messy pizza they were rude to her and got defensive stating they have a long list of things to worry about. Sure makes it seem like there's alot of confusion at the restaurant and they're taking the frustration out on customers. Hi its 1/20/2024- two weeks after our order. We called in to see the status on our refund and was told that there is still a long list of customers waiting for refunds that have not been processed and to call back another time. How do I get in contact with the owner? It's pretty ridiculous that not even the transaction has been refunded. I understand it takes a while for banks (usually 3 to 5 business days) to process the refund- but it's pretty sad of here there's a long list of customers also waiting for refunds."

"Christmas eve ordered pizza for the kids. 1 pizza was ok 2nd pizza was burned beyond belief kids wouldn't eat it. When we called they asked us to send pictures to give proof. Which we did even though I've never had to do this in my entire life anywhere else, but I did. When my nephew went to pick it up he was given total attitude. You burned my pizza I wasted my gas to come pick up a 2nd burned pizza and received attitude. You lost a customer if you can't handle your business and employees you will continue to get these kind of reviews."
