"Yes we were pushing the limits however.... It was New Years Eve. We were returning from visiting my 2 year old granddaughter in the hospital. Arrived about 15 minutes before closing. It was obvious the server was ready to leave. I chose brown rice and apparently there was not enough there. The server let out an exasperated sigh and went to the back and worked on preparing more. Whe she was preparing the rice another party came in behind us. The look on her face. She went to the entry door and locked it. It was 9 minutes before posted closing. Food for me and two grandsons was good and properly prepared. We were told we could not eat in the store be cause they were going to close. So a question... when any entity has a posted closing time what does that really mean? I can recall many years ago when a place might post a closing time and a somewhat earlier time for stopping serving. Should a place lock the door before closing? I truly understand wanting to close and leave especially on New Years Eve, but poor attitude hurts Customer Service rating."
"I enjoy chipotle in general. This review is for this specific location. Today was the second time this week that I ordered a veggie bowl online and when I picked it up the fajita veggies were missing. I used the drive up window. Before I left I asked the employee if there were fajita veggies on the veggie bowl and she said yes. I checked the order before I left the parking lot and the fajita veggies were missing. I went inside to have the issue corrected and explained the issue to the staff. The manager said that they were going to make veggies but that they didn’t put them on my bowl because the didn’t want to miss the pick up time. The employees inside were rude. I tried to explain that not putting veggies on a veggie bowl is like not putting chicken on a chicken bowl. The manager and employees did not agree with me. I told them that they should inform me or cancel my order if they don’t have what I ordered. I was told that they don’t have time to call everyone that they don’t have the food for their order. There was a man cooking the food who had a beard that said he didn’t work at the store. He was particularly rude. The employee refused to provide the managers name or his name. You would be better closing this store until it is staffed enough to make orders correctly than to keep it open making customers upset."
"We are big Chipotle fans but this has to be the worst location we've ever been to. On our most recent visit we arrived a few minutes after 6:20pm which was our "promised time". We waited in the line for 10-15 minutes before we were able to pull up to the window. Then when we were able to pull up to the window, we waited an additional 10-15 minutes before someone actually acknowledged we were there. When they finally did, they asked for our name, grabbed our order from the shelf and handed it to us without saying anything. Had they greeted us when we pulled up, we could have saved 10-15 minutes since our order was already ready. Additionally, when we got home, we realized our chips were missing. We've had similar issues with this location time and time again, the customer service is just horrendous."
"i love chipotle, but this location is horrible. new employees aren’t properly trained on building bowls. i consistently receive half-portions at full price, and the food is always cold by the time i get home. i only live 2 minutes away. it’s pathetic really, and such a rip off for the amount of food i receive."
"I loved this place when I first discovered the Chipotlane as I could drive up and get my food quickly on the way home. It was great for a while, but the last month has been horrible. The last 4 times I’ve went I’ve had to wait 17, 45, 10, and 13 minutes PAST my scheduled pick up time. Twice it has been ice cold when I picked it up. Not room temp, but actually cold. I ask for extra rice each time and rarely get it, and 2 out of the last 4 were white and not brown rice. This last one today was it for me. There was barely anything in the bowl, it was cold (66 degrees), and the rice was not cooked. As a restaurant owner myself, this would be completely unacceptable at my place. I’ve given this place many chances to get things back on track, but it seems to be off the rails pretty good. The owner may want to look into new management as this one doesn’t seem to care."
