"The drive-through cashier was not friendly and seemed to think he was doing me a big favor by taking my order. Then he got the order wrong - I ordered onion rings with one of the meals and got cheese curds (whatever that is) instead - even though he repeated the order back to me. They don't give you the receipt until they deliver the food to the car, so with a bag-full of food, there's no real chance to check whether the order is right until after you drive away. I mean, seriously, when your ONE job is to get the order right -- just get the order right!"

"Ordered a chocolate concrete mixer and they gave me a vanilla. Brought the error to their attention and they rectified the issue by making a new one and letting us keep the one they messed up. Gave it to the children. Kids like ice cream products. The chocolate concrete was delectable and I made a nice bowel movement afterwards due to it."

"I got a coupon for " a buy one get one free double burger," and I used it, but it must have been the cheese that gave me a stomach ache! I never have problems with good cheese! They must use some pretend cheese that is called "American" cheese, which caused my stomach pain. They should switch to a little more expensive cheese but has to be real!"

"We always do drive thru. Food is always fresh and hot. Love the cheese curds. The curderburger was okay, but admittedly I wasn't able to eat it fresh so I'll try it again. The bacon butter burger deluxe is always a great choice."

"Came here 15 minutes before close. Was a little nervous because most fast food restaurants can be mean or angry about it. We had Jimmy take our order. He was super friendly and professional. We were super impressed by his customer service. He went above and beyond. An employee like this is rare to find. The other staff was also super nice and all the food came out amazing. Thank you!"
