"Heard many good things about the place, but mostly from people that own boats. We visited during the winter and it wasn’t very impressive. It was typical bar food, nothing fancy or extraordinary. It was fairly pricey for bar food and other than the river views, I would rather eat at a steakhouse. Not sure what the “No Colors Please” sign means. We weren’t very impressed, and there are much better places to eat in the area."

"Outstanding place to visit with the family. We would boat all through the summer, and one of the highlights would be to stop by the place with the family and enjoy their hospitality. Busy place. Great food, reasonable prices, the music the service are outstanding and just overall a great place to hang out with friends and family. They always have some sort of event happening and we went for the downstairs artic bar and WOW! What a great setup! Highly recommend it!"

"Best “home cooking” in the area! Food was five stars but I deducted a star because the portion of chicken added to the salad was underwhelming. Great meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes and spaghetti squash!"

"Nice way to spend an afternoon in the sun, Eat outside on a summer afternoon. Like Jimmy Buffet says its 5 o clock somwhere. Food was good we both had different kinds of chicken sandwiches, service was fast, view of the Fox river. Been here to see bands, accessable by boat or car."
