"What’s the story with the heat! Today 1/15/24. I planed to eat in but it was almost as cold inside as outside. I was forced to eat in my running car with the heat on like a ghetto rat. Even worse you had servers working in that cold all day? I should call the state labor policy & standards! Other than that I was generally happy with the food and service."

"Ive been coming here for years and I can say with full confidence that this is the best chain sandwich shop in STC. Jersey Mikes is a giant step above their closest competition (Jimmy Johns) in terms of food quality and this location has always been a step above in terms of service to its customers. In the years Ive been coming here, I can honestly say every experience I have had has been great. Never a bad one. The staff are always super friendly and great to talk to. They always make your sandwich just the way you like it. Never stingy with the portions. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Thank you to the owners for years of consistent great service. While other sandwich chains have taken a steep dive in quality in recent years (subway and the whole quiznos fiasco come to mind first), Jersey Mikes always continues to lead the way and be an example of what a premium sandwich chain should be. "JM is the best fast food sandwich chain, for my money. As for this location, it’s great. Been coming here for years as I work nearby. Clean store, friendly staff, food is consistently good quality. One time they made my sandwich incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I sat down. Before I even got back up to the counter, an employee was jumping on making me a new sandwich as a free replacement. The manager even gave me a coupon for a free one, for the hassle. Absolutely above and beyond. I hope the staff is paid fairly here, because their service and quality is what keeps me coming back."

"As someone with a gluten allergy I found out Jersey Mikes has gluten free sub rolls. I was really nervous to try but have heard great things. The staff at my local store were beyond friendly-I assume the man who took our orders was the manager-he wiped down all the equipment and explained how seriously they take gluten allergies. The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and used separate tools and changed their gloves. It really put me at ease and my sandwich was delicious-the first time I’ve ever eaten with my husband at a sub sandwich place! Extra bonus points because everyone was so kind!"
