"I typically order rosati’s but figured I’d try some where new. The delivery was late. The driver couldn’t find my house because he wasn’t looking on the other side of the street. I have an odd numbered house and he was only looking at the even numbers on the right side of the street. After I was able to redirect him he made me come out to the car to pick up my order. He was taking a personal car. Made me take the hot bag and he would wait until I brought it back out. He complained that my home was too far from the restaurant; I don’t set the delivery zone. When we opened up the bags all the food was packaged in Rosati’s containers but the food was terrible. The mostaccioli was cold wet noodles with a can of crushed tomatoes poured over top. We ordered a slice of cheesecake to share. It was packaged in a grocery store container."

"I called and ordered a pizza and asked to customize a pizza and they said they could so I asked for Chicken Alfredo, they said okay. I also order mozzarella sticks and a 2 liter. took over an hour to get my food as well as forgot the two liter, the mozzarella sticks taste old and don't have any crunch to them, as well as the pizza came with onions. I am allergic to onions and when I called to tell them all this "well I can give you 50% off your next pizza since it wasn't out fault" customer service is terrible. Please don't order from here, maybe go and have a better experience."

"I've been buying my family pizza there for 17 years. So tonight my wife called and ordered 2 pizzas and asked for their free medium that comes via coupon. They refused coupon because the gentleman on the phone didn't order the pizza size that qualified. However we ordered 2. The manager adjusted order and charged me $12 extra. For $12 they have lost a 17 year customer. It's the point of it Congrats"

"This is one of our go to places here in the St. Charles/Geneva area. Great prices with great coupons, which they always honor. We have never had the pizza delivered, but they always seem to give us an appropriate pick up time when we do pick up. Very friendly staff and did I mention the sizes of the pizzas? For the price these guys are hard to beat."
