"This places serves has never been good. The coffee is never made good. This afternoon my lady got a butter pecan iced latte and it tasted like milk and espresso and cream no coffee no butter pecan taste. They need to do better I keep coming back thinking it would but it’s a waste of money and time"

"This is hard for me to do but iv been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time, and there have been some great employees there, including the manager. The employees that have known me well over the years have left, and the new people can’t seem to listen to directions. Nothing is worse than putting your order in and asking them to stir your coffee and they say they did but they didn’t every single time. It’s made me start going to other places That are further from My Home just so I Don’t have to pull over find something to stir my coffee with because all the sugar is at the bottom. This is about the 15th time in a row I’ve just about had it."

"I'm not a Dunkin fan, but someone gave me a gift card and since I had missed breakfast I decided to swing through the drive thru and see what they had that wasn't a donut. I picked something called a Filled Biscuits Mini. The picture on the sign looked interesting. I paid $4.10 for two very small biscuits. I expected them to be small, but only 2? Then I bit into one and it was cold in the middle. Never again!!!"
