"The only reason I went here is because somehow their phone number online is connected to the one in West Chicago. Regardless I figured since I live in st charles I might as well go here, though I was skeptical as I am a dasher and the place never looked appealing. First off the place looked dirty and the manager should never work in any type of food service industry. His appearance was very disgusting and you tell many health violations were being broken. The food was terrible, I cannot express how disappointed I was as Pizza hut as this used to be a family favorite. I don't write reviews usually but this location should be embarrassed. We the People spend our hard earned money to feed our families. The customer service was fine, but the quality of the food and the cleanliness of this location was terrible."

"Online deal 3 topping large pizza, 8 lemon pepper boneless wings, and breadsticks with marinara. Love how well seasoned the wings are, so tasty. Breadsticks are really good with marinara. Cheesy, warm, lots of toppings on my pizza. Overall pleased."

"Came here picking up 2 ubereats orders on Friday morning 12/1/23, the manager working there gave an attitude and threw ticket on the ground. He said he’s annoyed delivery drivers shoving their phone on his face. I did not do that, some names are hard to pronounce and I just want to make sure people getting right items. He then threw 5 personal pizzas on the counter without any labels or bags. It’s really easy to get mixed up as I am there picking for 2 different customers, 2 for one, 3 for the other. Past picking up experiences were no problem just this time, this guy definitely needs some anger control lessons or quit working customer service jobs."

"I won’t do this on yelp- but in my 72 years, I’ve not had a worse pizza. My grand children insisted on Pizza Hut. It’s been 30 + years since we ordered from your store & we won’t ever again. Pizza was picked up early, and was like a cold hard cracker with a pizza “like” substance on it, only in the middle, at least 2” from the outer crust. a couple of frozen ones would have been more enjoyable. 0 out of 10."

"I moved here a few months ago. I loved this pizza hut. My orders and pizzas were perfect. I bought pizza once a week. The last 2 times my pizzas are sloppy and barely any toppings. I paid for extra pepperoni and 2 of my slices had 1 piece of pepperoni on them. I always pay for at least 1 extra topping on every pizza. This time not only were my extra toppings barely there, there's so much sauce my toppings fell off my pizza crust. I purchased a cookie and the bottom is burnt. I can't say I will be ordering there on a regular basis. I'm not sure what has happened but hopefully they will get their quality back. It will be a while before I go back."
