It's Just Wings 5620 Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake, IL 60014

"We were missing items from our order and the food was cold. We ordered 2 boneless parm garlic and one bone in. One order of boneless parm garlic was covered in sauce. One boneless order barely had a few drops of sauce. The bone in ones had a in between level of sauce but it tasted totally different. It was a parm garlic sauce but nothing like the one two. The menu said curly fries. We got regular fries that had a seasoning one them. The dry rub Cajun boneless wings had a tiny dusting of Cajun seasoning on one side one. Like it was dusted while in the to do container. We ordered a naked boneless 11 wings that was missing and those were for our 6 year old and 2 year old so they didn’t have anything to eat. The fries were undercooked. The ranch was awesome and the only highlight of the meal."

"I just randomly found this when looking to order food. We had a door dash gift card and wanted to try some place new. Wings were amazing and so were the fries and such a fantastic price!!! Will be ordering many more times from here."

"Ordered for delivery, it was our first time so we weren’t sure what to expect (delivery can always be hit or miss, even from the best restaurants)…WOW! Is all I can say. It was extremely cost effective, the sauces were delicious, the wings were perfectly cooked and the free fries and ranch were amazing! Will definitely be ordering again"

"We were online looking for where to eat and it's just wings came up and it looked really good. We placed our order and proceeded to look up the pick up location. When my husband showed me where it was, I said no that's Chili's. So we navigated around and found out that it was through Chili's. We started to read the reviews and were in shock and how mislead we were. We wanted to cancel our order! 1.Hardly any sauce on one of the chicken orders. 2. Bone in order looked like it was clear or undercooked. 3. Fries were not cooked all the way some were warm and majority was cold. 4. Got there on time but there were 4 chili customers waiting, so it took 10 minutes to get food. 5. We ordered a side of fries and could have gotten a small size from Arby's with how much I had gotten.(picture). 6. Tasted horrible, clearly microwaved and dry."

"Well, I never got to actually taste the buffalo wings from It's Just Wings. This is because when I went on their website, they provided a phone number for you to call, but also had an online menu. My family and I do not order using online menus, as we are very particular in regards to how we like our wings done, what we want with our wings, Etc. We were very excited to try out this new buffalo wing place, so I called them up, and it turned out that they were partnered with Chili's, and Chili's does all of their cooking, but because they did not have the It's Just Wings menu or pricing within their computers, they told me that I could not order in person, or over the phone, and I would have to order online through doordash, and then I would have to call back again, to change the order to the way I like it , such as extra crispy Wings, specific sides, etc. Well, reluctantly, I went online and placed my order, paid with my card, and then got an error, stating that something had gone wrong. So I called up the Chili's manager, explained the situation, and again they told me that they had no way of taking the order over the phone. I don't understand, why someone can't just take an order over the phone, write the order down on some paper, and cook it up. It seems like a lot of these restaurants these days, are absolutely controlled by their computers, and cannot do anything for themselves. When did the computers take control, and the users, lose control? So I took my business elsewhere. Instead, I ended up going to the Tipsy Goat Tavern, located in Cary, Illinois, on a tip from a good friend of mine. Not only could they take my order over the phone, or in person, but their wings were absolutely excellent. They were friendly, cordial, and didn't have any problem taking my order. They didn't give me any excuses and their pricing was just as good as it's just wings."
