"First really great bagel I've had since I moved away from NYC. Mine was a cinnamon raisin: dense, chewy, with enough raisins and cinnamon to really get the flavor. In this case, the "big apple" isn't just hype!"

"Came in this morning ready to take my boyfriend to get some breakfast sandwiches. We felt a little rushed by the woman at the register, and she seemed preoccupied by the other employee at the front. We ordered 3 sandwiches and a muffin. After she took our order she was conversating with the guy in front who at one point embraced her. When we did receive our food we were confused because we never told her what cream cheese we wanted. Then when we voiced our confusion she stated we had said we wanted plain and didn't offer to correct her mistake then looked at us as if we had just made a mistake by coming here. She instead only offered a single cup of cream cheese. Defeated we returned home only to find that all the Bagels were wrong. Disappointed."

"If you want a quality breakfast and have some wiggle room in your wallet, this is the best joint around Elgin if you're into bagels. I tried the bagel BLT with their cheddar bacon cream cheese, and it was very filling and delicious. Definitely coming here again!"

Pretty much everything here is perfect, they’ve got a great menu, the most outstanding bagels, and a big recommendation, the veggie cream cheese, which is really good. Even their baked goods are pretty decent. I come here nearly weekly and they never disappoint. 11/10 place, highly recommend coming and checking it out"
