"Stopped in because of a major storm with hail and tornado sirens going off. Management made you feel extremely comfortable and even handed out cookies and drinks. Thank you for a humanitarian treatment."

"Spent $45 on our order, both soups were ice cold. I walked up to counter to ask if they could heat them up or give us a new batch, things happen but we just wanted warm soup on a cold day. the lady behind the counter said “there’s a microwave by the coffee you can heat it up yourself” for $45 heat up my own soup? Absolutely the worst customer service we’ve ever had and we will never be back."

"Completely made my customers order late I stood and waited for 45 minutes with them telling me that the order was "on the board next." Continued to serve Customers who walked in 15-25 minutes after I arrived. Put my customers food on the back burner and served 15 orders before mine came out 45 minutes late. Customer no longer wanted the food, gave me a bad review with no tip. Thanks Panera bread 2484 Randall Road for ruining my customers day and my work day."

"I accidentally ordered from the Panera in Algonquin. Without knowing, I want to the Panera in Elgin off of Randall road. I didn’t get her name but one of the employees there was very sweet. She made sure we got our order and did not charge us even though it was our fault. We received our food very quickly and there was good costumer service."

"Panera is always a great visit. The staff is always nice but me and my boyfriend usually have a girl named Bryn, I think, who is so sweet and great to talk to. She remembers us when we come in, mainly him, and it makes the experience better. Pricing here is great. I feel like its extremely fair for how much and how good the food is. This visit I tried the grilles mac and cheese sandwhich with broccoli cheddar soup (a classic) and bread. It was absolutely delicious. Never had an issue with inside not being clean. It always looks nice and its a super cozy place to eat. Could stay here for hours infront of the fireplace with some hot soup and a book. Wait times arent long. Its pretty quick for how much food we usually get, and everything is fresh and hot when we receive it. The lemonades are amazing as well and I love just sipping random mixtures of that while waiting for my food. Overall its a great place and I never have anything to complain about."
