"I had been a loyal customer, and Papa John's pizza has gone down in quality. They have gotten very stingy on the ingredients, and I have had to order extra toppings, but they still have not fixed the issue. You get more dough than sauce or extra toppings that I paid for. "It was weird to say the least, the person taking my order pretended she doesn’t understand me, she said they are no special deals, I end up ordering something different than I wanted and even after 45 min wait for the carry out, the pizza was wrong so I had to throw it away when I got home …I’m planning to call corporate on Monday..most customers there had that confused look like I did… I went to the wrong place"

"Terrible customer service!!! We ordered via grubhub because we are outside of the delivery area for the restaurant. We received 1 pizza out of 2, contacted the driver who said to call the restaurant, called the restaurant and they wanted to blame the driver. Their only suggestion was to place another order?!? Pass. Never again!"
