"The best this pizza has been in years, and we have ordered here for almost 20 years. Tonight however was the 2nd time we've ordered and gotten a grossly wrong estimate on time of arrival. Last time we ended up picking it up ourselves an hour later and still waited. This time the pizza showed an hour later than promised. Running late is no problem, just present it to your customers ahead of time. I could've picked it up"
