"I roll up to the window this morning order my meal and ask for a medium cherry coke. They ring it up and I notice the only thing that changes to medium is the fries. I get up to the window and correct the order all good. The reason I now will never stop here is what happened next. I try to correct it stating this the main reason for me stopping and she argues that I never asked for a medium coke. We argue back and forth which is extremely bad customer service even if the customer isn’t right you shouldn’t argue with them. The funny thing is in her other ear is an off brand air pod. Like maybe don’t argue with someone when your half paying attention to your job.update: food is also cold as can be and breakfast fries are severely undercooked"

"Ordered DoorDash, spent $30 on two breakfast meals and they sent us a sandwhich with literally just a bun. I called and asked them about it and they said we ordered it like that. Even if the DoorDash app said that, even though I checked my receipt and it said everything on it, not the DoorDash driver or the restaurant took the two minutes to call and verify. I called the manager and she said I could take time to come there just so she could prove me wrong and see the receipt but didn’t offer a replacement. The reason I ordered DoorDash was so I didn’t have to go out. No thanks. Thankfully DoorDash gave me my credit."

"530pm on a Saturday afternoon and all the dining room doors were locked. I'm not going to stand outside in the cold with my 4 year old and bang on the door to get someone's attention. We're just going to go somewhere else."

"I don’t usually give reviews for fast food places. I started going to this Wendy’s about a year ago because it’s open later than the location closer to my house and I think this will be the only Wendy’s I will ever order from. Food is always amazing. Service is always great and quick. Just had a bad experience at the location in Carpentersville on Randall road and it wasn’t the first time either. I’m constantly disappointed when I order at that location. So I was motivated to write a positive review for this location so that they keep up the good work."
