"Ordered online, the food was delivered a half an hour late. The gyro sandwich literally had six strips of subpar "lamb". The three condiments Weighed heavier than the sandwich. First time trying this place, I was very disappointed. I was hoping for a much better experience."

"Pizza used to be so good but maybe new owners? Not sure. But today, the pizza was horrible 1/15/24. Just bad Have given them many chances and they cannot do anything else. There sandwiches are bad. ESPECIALLY their gyros. Another case of too many things on the menu and cannot do any right"

"I just had the worst food from Masis Pizzeria. I ordered a pizza and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The pizza was undercooked and tasted like mushy bread. The Buffalo chicken sandwich, according to their menu, is supposed to be “tossed in Buffalo sauce". There was a little orange stain and one side of the bun and no sauce at all on the chicken. The piece of chicken was so small, it did not even fill half of the bun. It too was tasteless. I called Masis to get a refund. They said I had to get it from Slice, since I ordered it from Slice. Slice said they had to get permission from Masis, and that the owner, Jose, would not authorize a refund. I spoke to the owner once, but he would not even admit he was Jose the owner. I guess he was afraid to talk to me. Terrible food and terrible customer service!"

"Order the Fabulous 4 and jalapeño poppers for dinner. This place has been around forever and has real authentic food, it’s not like the fake toppings and crust you’d get from on of the big box pizza places. While I don’t understand some of these bad reviews, I can say this about one of my beloved pizza places. They have outstanding customer service, whether you call in walk in or order online, they go above and beyond for you. I asked about an ingredient being switched not only did they, but they checked before they made the pizza to verify. They were so sweet and wanted to make sure as it was an allergy. This was the first order I’ve placed since I’ve moved back to this area and I have to say it tasted like home. This is my go to from now on! Prices were actually slightly better than that of papa J or Pizza H and Dom when you figure delivery fees in there. Great pizza, service and even Door dasher!"

"Smooth door dash delivery ordering experience. Got the 20 inch Windy City pizza, a calzone and a cheesy beef. Prices were reasonable and everything tasted good. Not sure how I feel about giardinera on a pizza but that's on me."
