"Easily the worst Dunkin in the area. Incredibly inconsistent service. Nice people? Sure. Can they get an order right? Absolutely not."

"3 days in a row I've pulled up through the drive thru & waited to order. The only reason I've done this is cause the website says 24 hours & all the signs on the building say "OPEN". For the 3rd day in a row there has been no one working, I understand the whole world is understaffed but is it too much to ask to turn your illuminated open signs off?"

"When I came here, the first red flag is that the lady serving cant even speak English correctly. When you drive up to the window to pay and get your order, the employees won’t get someone to shovel the snow infront the window. People are getting stuck and it’s slowing everything down. The worker didn’t even get my order right. I understand it’s hard getting a job, but customer service MATTERS AND SHOULD BE RESPECTED."

"The drive through is busy in the morning, but the line goes by quick. I've never had any issue of my order being incorrect. The staff has always been warm and charismatic with me."

"At around 5 PM today, we ordered 2 medium coffee w/ 3 cream, when we got it, it looked like he put too much cream since it almost looks like milk. We tried to appreciate it but it was awful. I told staff that it had too much milk. When I got it again, it still looked too white and the taste was awful. We are regular customers and we really taste the big difference. Staff was busy chatting with their girlfriends. Coffee in the morning is way better."
