"Their fresh cream fruit cake(sold during Lunar New Year) was no less than amazing. Fruits were so big and fresh, cake was so fluffy and light, fresh cream was pleasantly sweetened and so so delicious. The cake was so tall it didn’t fit in regular cake box. For the price of $25, it was so generous. I’m going to be a regular for special occasion cakes and any items with fresh fruits from them. They certainly know what are the great fruits and not stingy!!!!"
"We got an assortment of macarons, a chocolate peanut butter cupcake, a napoleon millefeuille, and a mango choux puff. Everything was really really good! The cream on the desserts was light and airy, and the napoleon was quite hefty. It is a really good price for the quality of the desserts. We’re definitely coming back soon."
"After wanting to walk in on several occasions, we finally walked in shopping for a wedding cake and desserts for our dessert tower. At first walk-in I loved it. The deco and atmosphere is a cute French Bakery Boutique theme. We were greeted by very pleasant staff. Linda who assisted us with a smile had a very pleasant personality that was very beautiful and engaging. She listened to what we were looking for and also made suggestions that we welcomed and loved. Throughout the decision process we were able to try the Ube, Pandan and Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes. We sampled the Pandan and Durian Choux as well as the macaroons. Three word… All Simply Amazing! After all sampling… We were sold! We were thrilled! We found our Baker! While there, we also found out that we are now able to buy a Linda’s fresh and delicious açaí bowl. We bought four. Linda’s tropical fruit is a go to for our family. Now we can get a little from both shops (Desseire’s and Linda’s Tropical Fruit) in one stop, and get a little bit of everything for this family. I definitely recommend for all to stop in and give them a try. We were not disappointed."
"Located at the corner of a strip mall, this dessert shop (I wouldn’t call it a bakery because they do not sell bread) sells a small number of desserts with many different flavors. They have 7 different flavors of cupcakes, 10 different flavors of choux, 7 different flavors of macarons, and other miscellaneous desserts. I had the vanilla cupcake, chocolate tart, pavlova, Napoleon Mille Feuille, and 4 different flavors of choux (black sesame, matcha, mango, and pistachio raspberry). The vanilla cupcake was good. It was soft and fluffy. The cream wasn’t too sweet. The chocolate tart filling was semi-sweet which was good. The tart shell was baked well too. However, the tart was destroyed by the dollops of chocolate cream on top. There wasn’t a need to cover a good chocolate tart with whipped cream. The pavlova was sweet as it should be, but it wasn’t airy enough. Again, it was ruined by the tall amount of whipped cream on top. Some whipped cream is fine, but the chef overdid it. Pavlova isn’t originated from France by the way. The Napoleon Mille Feuille shouldn’t be called a Mille Feuille. The pastry was merely a heap of whipped cream with bits of strawberries and blueberries encased in a puff pastry. The puff pastry was crispy and flaky, but there wasn’t much lamination. There was way too much cream which was not proportionate to the amount of puff pastry. The 4 choux pastries were slightly over baked. The color was too dark, and they were crispy instead of soft. However, the choux pastries were filled nicely with no empty pockets. The fillings were great. Love the black sesame filling that had the bitter taste, which was authentic. The matcha filling was delicious too. Matcha tasted bitter with slight sweetness. As for the mango, and pistachio raspberry flavors, they were just ok. Service was meh. The staff didn’t know a good way to box the desserts. Initially she put all the desserts into one big box without any dividers even though I asked for it. After seeing all my cream pastries touching each other, I had to ask the staff to separate the desserts into individual boxes. No thank you Desseire."
"Cup cakes and choux are my favorites here. The bakery is spacious, clean and organized. It would be better if there are more seats for customers. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I will come back again."
