"Worst experience ever! I went today to look for a birthday present for my husband. I got I’m line to pay, and behind the counter there was a girl and a man. Once it was our turn the man just looked at us and left to the back ( not a word was said, he didn’t even acknowledged us) the girl said “sorry I can’t take care of you I’m new and don’t have a register yet” at least she talked to us, the man got back and told her to go take care of other customers who needed help with finding shoes. Then he stares at us and just grabbed some labels and left to the front of the store, we were in shock , not a single word to us and left just standing in line. I left my merchandise in the counter and walked out to a different store; Where I was greeted, helped and was not completely ignored as a customer."

"No customer service they didn't speak or ask us if we need help... and when we asked for a shoe size we had to walk to the counter to the lady. And when she returned she never came from behind the counter to give to us. She never smiled..and to top it off while I was checking out she was on her personal phone and started a conversation with who was on the other end of the phone...I will never return what happened to customer service I if could it would be no star"

"Was in there today, waited at the counter for about 10 mins and no one came to help. As we were headed out there was a female worker next to the entrance/exit who had a clear view of the register but she was on her phone. She just told my husband and I to have a great day, that’s all the employee interaction we had…"

"I placed an online order for Air Force 1s as an early Christmas present for my daughter. They shipped fast. However, I received a damaged box. In addition, to my surprise, they sent me two left shoes! Both shoes were also dirty and looked like they have been worn. I had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest JD Sports shop to replace. I am only giving this 3 stars and not 1 because of the way the manager handled the situation. He called and found out which store they were sent from. I was able to get a new pair while at the store. I will probably not order online from JD Sports again."
