"Never going back to this taco bell ever again. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady taking my order in drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for the price of an item on the menu because the numbers were to small to see and she says “it’s on the menu board” with a rude attitude. When I pulled up to the window she proceeded to snatch the money out of my hand and make rude faces to me. You guys should train your workers better with their customer service skills. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!"

"This location ruined my former love for Taco Bell. The food is usually seemingly stale and cold, like it has been sitting out way longer than safe to serve. The staff is slow and rude, and can never seem to get an order right."

"The restaurant was very clean, the service was terrible despite the fact that there were no other customers, the lady who attended me told me that she did not know the menu well, they gave me my food cold. But after heating it in my house, the Chalupa was delicious, I don't understand why it is the busiest Taco Bell in McHenry County if the service is horrible and besides, the guys who work there serve Latinos very badly!! What a shame about customer service and the food is cold. Only one star because the food is delicious even if they give it to you cold, because the place is clean, but totally disappointed in the place."
