"Usually great experience. Got in at 8pm food was mediocre and chicken felt reheated. We were treated like we were holding up closing time. Go early cuz it doesn't feel good to pay full price for mediocre service and food."

"Crandall's is a very pleasant restaurant with excellent staff. They do a really nice job handling even their busiest times. While they certainly have a full menu, the all you can eat chicken seems to be their calling card. The chicken is super freshly cooked, but I will admit I found it unworthy of the rave reviews I tend to see. It's fine and a pretty good value for a full meal--it's just not *great* chicken. There are not a lot of chicken options in the area, though, so I would have it again for sure."

"Chicken here is always good. Had the Prime Rib for NYE and the large was large and tasty. Good service and good food. They didn't raise their prices for NY Eve as many places do. A short road trip for a great meal."

"We are huge fish fry Friday people. We checked out Crandall's on a whim one night because we had heard some really great reviews. (If you have a favorite FF place, you usually don't deviate). I am so happy we tried it. We have been back twice and the food and drinks and Dessert (OH THE DESSERTS) have been amazing. We love that you can do half chicken half fish, and that it is AYCE at a very reasonable price. Also, pretty fantastic Old Fashions as well. If you thought this place was just famous for their Chicken, which is perfect, give them a try for the Fish Fry too. You won't be disappointed."
