"If you are offered a lease program...RUN AWAY! It's just a legal form of theft! They steal all your money away in 'fees' and 'escrow' and overpriced trucks! You can't even get your truck serviced unless it's through their people, and if you need help with a pullout, your escrow won't cover. Get a bill instead of a paycheck. The list goes on!!!!! Such a scam, it saddens me! I've encountered such a crooked trucking company!"

"I had to leave very fast. The company is aware why. There was some broken communication. Im not blaming anyone. I understand how sometimes things just get messed up. They did everything per contract and at this time. I hope to return when I get back from Japan. I did feel comfortable running there. I had a great running lane that I was comfortable with. The gentleman who started this company was very nice to me. Very knowledgeable. There is no perfect company. I know, I have looked. But I feel this company is worth returning to."

"I haven't expressed an interest in this company , but overall in trucking it's rare to find ANY company that lease operators are happy with ..and it's true inexperienced drivers have very little clue what it actually takes to run the business of owning a truck.. I personally don't think it's a good idea to lease into any company that also has their own company drivers as it's likely it's more beneficial to run company drivers versus a lease operator . The company had mentioned several times that they're not a brokerage but quite a few reviews are negative and the company responds to it .. but the positive ones ? You remain silent.. I am pretty sure that they can and do broker their own loads of their contract customers when necessary to prevent a service failure and potentially losing that customer when the contract is to be negotiated again .... overall i don't think I'd be interested in working here in either capacity as the company points out the particulars about why drivers leave . By law if you don't have anything positive to say about a former employee to a prospective employer you're only allowed to verify employment and dates as well as if you'd rehire. That can open them up to a lawsuit Seems someone takes these personally Good luck"
