"The staff here are amazing! I went to try to find some type of tool to remove a rusted out stripped screw as I needed to replace my license plate (Illinois apparently replaces them and sends new plates out unbeknown to me). This screw was stuck! The employee tried about 12 tools and finally was able to get it off. He also gave me a couple new screws and would not charge me. This store and its people are wonderful! Highly recommend and will be back for all auto needs. Thank you!"

"Vanessa was so helpful and literally saved our day! Our car battery died in the heart of the freezing weather. We have a new baby so this was extra concerning for us to make sure our little guy was safe. She was over the top helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It's always nice to leave a company feeling like your money was well spent and you were taken care of. Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure this was the case! Highly recommend this location!"

"I got a warning that my brake light was faulty so I went to AutoZone to have it checked out. I dealt with Alicia who got me the proper replacement bulbs. I wasn’t sure about how to replace the bulbs and she offered to take a look. . She went back into the store and came back with tools and got to work. Mind you , this is not an auto repair shop so anything beyond a sale is an employee going above and beyond their duties. Alicia was very confident and was able to replace the bulbs and made sure everything was working properly before I left. This is amazing service!!! I’m so grateful I didn’t have to go to a car shop to have this done. This gesture saved me time and money. Thanks Alicia, you’re the best!!!"
