"This is the worst auto zone store I have ever visited. I live a block down and Customer service there is terrible. Went to get a vehicle jump not got helped it's ok, but wanted to buy a wiper in this heavy rain I gave my vehicle model and year I can see there easily in their computer screen system my vehicle details , but the lady at the counter is so lazy with attitude saying I do not see your vehicle with looking through."

"I had to change my review about today experience there and this review is for the manager there. Bought the battery on 4/11/2019. Three years warranty. Battery start leaking acid but still was working normal. I went there and told them and the manager start arguing that is not in the warranty anymore that they calculate diffrent. And if the battery is still functional he will not replace it. I tried explain him that the acid coming out is destroying all the metal parts around the battery. After a lot of bad attitudes he decide to give me a new battery. I never got so negative attitude in any of Auto Zone stores. And he was talking like a gang member too. Like you see in movies. I already called corporate and complained about his attitude towards customers. Is not my fault or his fault that the battery was faulty. He should treat me with respect."
