"11-5-23 the manager on duty this morning Tiffany was very rude to my customer when he was simply trying to return a engine mount that was a wrong item and purchase the right one that they have in stock.He was told that because he originally purchased it in July that he would have to return it to the original store he purchased it from. When I called her to explain what we needed done she was very rude and told me to call her district manager then hung up on me. After this experience my customer doesn’t want to deal with autozone anymore and just wants his refund."
