"They are honest and reasonable priced. If something is not necessarily needs to be done unlike any others. Paul the owner is very knowledgeable. I remember when we were hearing a noise in our car, and they couldn't find anything. Paul took some time and drove with me. He heard a noise and asked if that was the noise that we were hearing. It was and he had a feeling what it was therefore brought the car up on the lift and there was a rock stuck. From that they have earned our business and wouldn't bring our cars but to them."

"Would normally give five stars but a little disappointed this time. When I made an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation, I asked if they could change my license plates I was told absolutely. They never mentioned that it would cost $20. I would normally do it myself, but recently had two knee surgeries And kneeling, or squatting, is an issue. I am a long-time customer and thought (shame on me) that there would not be a charge. I was quite surprised when I got charged $20. I commented that it was not mentioned when I asked about it. They still charged me. I’ll still continue to go there cause they do a great job and I’ve never had a problem all the years I’ve been going there. This just kind of ticked me off."

"I called and spoke to Paul (the Manager of the facility) asked if he could look at my car because my steering wheel started to vibrate a little. He told me when to bring it in. He inspected my car told me what he found. He told me that we’d monitor the car (it’s 16 yrs. Old) but that I could drive it and not worry. Honesty and Fairness and Expertise is what you want when you need something done that is important to you. That’s what you’ll get when you go to Great American Tire & Auto.
