"I did get some good deals, shopping on New Year's Day. Wich I was happy to get. Only thing I think they can improve on. Was getting more help in the store. There was hardly anyone working in the store to help customers."

"Very bad experience with the manager Mario. I tried returning a sport coat twice he helped me both times. I took the tags off and lost my receipt and jcpenney card. First time I figured could find the card or receipt so i just left. Once i looked for both and did not find them, I decided to go back. As i went back and asked what can be done. His response was be more responsible. I run a very successful business i consider my self pretty responsible. Who saves paper receipts? It wasn’t until I probed him for answers and got stern that he gave me a solution. This could have all been done the first time and saved me a trip and a horrible experience. Will be closing my credit card and never shopping at Woodfield Jcp. Fyi i tried the sports-coat in two different sizes and took the bigger one home. The day I was going to use it I took the tags off and realized it was too big."

"The worst service from portrait pictures department for new born. They give an appointment but said that they can do with only with one outfit since it's weekend and they are busy. Even though we are paying full new born pictures package. They almost acted like take or lose it. Very unprofessional customer service. I ended up talking my business somewhere else. I hope this help improve business ."

"Why can a store with so many customers only have 3 boxes open? If they know how busy it gets, it's so they have more boxes available! I already have more than half an hour waiting to pay!!"
