Primark

"Store is a circus!! They hire the worst people here. While shopping overheard employees discussing inappropriate things. So disgusted. Alot them stand around and talk and are very loud. I would love to stand around talking while getting paid, so easy. Was there couple weeks ago and overheard an employee being rude to a customer who was just asking a simple question. As soon as the customer walked away the employee started telling another employee how stupid the customer was. No respect at this place , will never shop here again!!!! Do not shop at this store!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen."

"Went in to buy my father a birthday gift and I got discriminated against in self check out by their employee. He told me he has to check my receipt because someone radioed him saying I stole something, even though you have to scan your receipt to exit self checkout. I then talked to security and asked who thought I was stealing and she called someone from the back who said they had no clue what was going on since they were on “lunch”. Never going to shop here again. Unless you want to be discriminated against, take your money else where."

"Who doesn't like Primark? The price point and the amount of up to date fashion trending items for the family ( Men, women, kids and etc) are to die for if you're on a budget. They also carry super reasonably priced makeup and cute random home decor for the teens and etc. The quality is no different than your average retailer. ( Forever 21, HM and etc) If you love fashion and deals, this store is for you."

"Primark is a store with very poor customer service! I don't recommend it! Why? Let me explain: I came, saw a mannequin with clothes I liked, and initially, they refused to look for it. Then, they said it wasn't available. When I asked for a manager, they said to come back tomorrow, and maybe they'll come up with something. Inadequate staff! I don't recommend visiting this store!"

"I have been to primark years ago in Germany when they started open stores. I was very excited when I saw that there was one opening at the Woodfield Mall. I know Primark as a big store with more than one floor. This one at the Woodfield Mall has only 1 floor. I wish it was bigger but they have a good selection of things. They have a lot of self checkout register and some for cash . Prices are not bad in some items. I did find a lot of kids' clothes for a reasonable price."
