"The product is fine and basically sells itself but every time I visit this location there is such poor customer service. The associates are either having a staff meeting chit chat in the front of the store and you can’t get assistance or they’re on their phones when people are waiting in line or even as they ring you out. I truly cannot believe I’m waiting for the cashier to finish her text just so can I pay. Ridiculous. So much room for improvement!"

"Had a return here and was given instructions by the 1-800 number that I should go in the store without my receipt (as it was a gift) and the store could help me. The guy with the long hair was an absolute jerk to me. He was laughing at me and said there’s nothing he can do. He was such an entitled snob and was extremely rude. He’s in the wrong industry to be customer service facing. Avoid this place and HIM at all costs"

"I went to this store today which is Sunday afternoon. Some stores keep their fitting rooms locked and usually u need to call someone to open one. Of course I didn’t wna try opening a door just in case someone is actually there. So I asked a necessary question to this young lady that was there and she wasn’t nice at all. She just answered me with sarcasm and said if the doors are all closed that means no room is available. So am I supposed to knock all rooms to see if someone is there?? Where is customer service? Disrespectul piece of brat. Who the does she think she is? Is she paying for my dress to talk to me that way? Uneducated"

"This place is a bit different from what I remember of it when I was in high school. What used to be a dark and cologne filled closet from your favorite popular kid has turned into a bright, peppy, natural toned lounge feel. Albeit still cologne-filled, this place was actually a pleasant surprise for this shopper."
