"Management supposed to teach their employees to be more professional and efficient. The store did not have a big bag, I do understand sometimes they might be out of it, but salesperson should to be nicer, you might check it and review your video camera how the salesperson putting stuff and how buyer fixing it. Also, we do not have a big bag, if you you do not have to buy stuff, I guess one of the worst thing you can hear from salesperson"

"I’ve never cared to post a review for Woodfield Zara, mostly because I had preferred the customer service and tidiness of the Oakbrook Zara over this location. HOWEVER, I had an experience that completely changed my perspective. It looks like they’ve hired new staff, as the employees I used to see are not there, except for maybe a few. I walked in around 7:35pm, store closes at 8pm, and I had already made peace with the fact that they might just reject my request with how close to closing time it was. I saw this particular matching set on the app, but when I would use the store availability function to find the items, it told me that it was in the stockroom and to ask store personnel for assistance. I looked around for some help and found some employees in the back. I asked one girl about the items, showed her the sku, and explained the situation. She was very nice and honestly, it’s late, she definitely could have just went back and briefly looked (or not at all) and told me the stock was incorrect or inaccurate. BUT NO. This girl went back and forth looking for the top and bottom, in every color she could find, worked with her manager, and then showed up with a huge smile to tell me she found it and used all her luck to find that last one. ALENA(?) was amazing, friendly, diligent, and so so kind. She is 5 stars in 3 star location. Managers did everyone a favor by hiring someone like her. I don’t even think it’s because I lowered my expectations for this Zara, I truly believe she just has the personality and skill that provides customer service of the highest caliber. I hope the best for Alena."

"I was in the store today (10-28), waiting in line for over 20 minutes, the lady at the cash register was more busy talking to her friend than serving the customer. I didn't hear the question she supposedly asked if I needed a shopping bag. How can I not need a bag when I buy three pairs of pants?!?! At the end, when I asked politely if I could have the bag, I was told "I asked you, now you have to pay." very bad customer service - I recommend visiting another store."

"Busy, busy, busy!! The employees don't even look at your face. Everything is everywhere. It is super unorganized. I always wanted to visit Zara; today I did and never again. I don't understand how people find Zara good, the fitting room line is a joke!!"

"Very poor customer service. The young man on the mens side was visibly having a bad day and his interaction with customers showed it. Dressing rooms were closed til 2pm. I saw a man with an armful that of items walk away without a purchase… money lost for Zara. One register open. In line 15 minutes. Store is always a mess. I think I’m done with this Zara. The European stores are not like this at all. There was a long line behind me with several returns and they all watched as a woman who didn’t want to wait was taken by one of the employees on the floor. Bad way to do business."
