"came here to buy a gift for a friend , I guess they hire new people once awhile this older lady already asking for my item from my hand to put it behind the counter register as I’m still looking around I understand but that just rude and acting like a customer is doing something wrong , she follows me every step or aisle to peep me what I’m doing just minding my business continuing shopping like everyone else I don’t understand why they do that when they clearly have alarm system at the door if go beep u can grab or ask for there bags to check u don’t just come towards us and beg for a customer for there item that is not how u do your job honey , I shop here 24/7 I never experience this when I shop there I will never return back to this store ever again for acting this way she should be so ashamed of her self way she acts. What’s the point of having alarm system ?? I wouldn’t recommend stepping in this store type of people like that they should be embarrassed."

"Great selection but needs to retrain staff. I see that I'm not alone in this experience. Went in with my boyfriend and the older woman staff member followed us throughout. At first I thought she was just trying to be nice and even handed her things that I was going to buy to put behind the counter but then it was constant. She would not stop despite knowing how uncomfortable we were. Every time we would take a step, she took a step and would stare at us or begin interjecting herself into our conversations so we left. I can see from the other reviews that they will leave a reply with why the behavior is ok, but it's not and there's no excuse for making your patrons uncomfortable."

"Got followed around and had employees asking us 4 times less than 10 minutes if we needed anything. While we were looking around and thinking about whether or not we wanted an item, an employee tried having us give her the items to hold onto for later instead of letting us think or carry around anything while we shopped."
