Panera Bread

"I love to get a half sandwich with s soup here. Their bread is delicious too. There is plenty of parking at this location. The only reason I marked down the atmosphere is it gets a little chaotic in there during peek hours. Personally I wouldn’t go there to eat and work but again; great selection of food choices."

"Being that I’m a local to the restaurant community in the vicinity as well as Illinois. Sent my significant other in this establishment on her lunch break being she’s from the Southside and completely oblivious to the area. I persuaded her to try the bread bowl yummy right. As she ask the selection of soups she was intrigued to ask the ingredients in the squash soup for her bread bowl. When she was smacked in the face with vulgar vernacular from a disgustingly disgruntled worker. Quickly replying “I don’t know what’s in the soup” All because she asked are there mushrooms in the soup to which she is allergic to & which is a common ingredient in soups but also in this establishment as well. Where there should have been a simple solution to a question turned into a smart mouth rebuttal from and employee. Thanks for the bad taste in my mouth. I think employee assessments CSM skills & training is past due here."

"When ordering on the app it says “Grab your order from the rapid pick-up rack”. I walked in to get my order, no where to be seen not even my name on the screen, so I waited for ten freaking minutes in line to ask were I can get my order just to be told to ask at the window. MY FOOD WAS SITTING FOR 15 FREAKING MINUTES because the employees do not place the pick up order on the rack like they’re supposed to. So now we’re eating cold food. Edit the freaking instructions to say “Ask at the freaking window for your order”"
