"Ordered BOGO Flat White. Only got 1 drink. They refused to make the other drink for me. Had to call the 800 number but they would only put 100 stars in my acct. 100 stars can't buy a Flat White. This location is an embarrassment to Starbucks' reputation. Just sad."

"This is my Starbucks. Service is always nice and I've never had issues with any drinks. My only gripe is the design of the parking lot flow for drive-thru. It sucks, your planner sucks. Sorry. The congestion is ridiculous and it spills over into traffic on both streets. Dangerous."

"This happend a while ago but, i had ordered a ham and swiss croissant and a vanilla bean. I got the vanilla bean but in the wrong size, I ordered a medium and they gave me a small, then i never got my ham and swiss croissant and i kept asking like a every 10 minutes and they said they said they would make it, never did I waited a very long time for my croissant, so of course i had to get another one because they would not give me mine that I payed for. When i got it, it was BURNED. I did not have such a good time here. Then i came a like last Monday and me and my friend came to get drinks and a little snack. We got our drinks but they gave my friend the wrong size and it was $5.48 so i did not have 1 more penny and they said well i don’t know how or what to tell you. So of course my friend gave me a dollar and the next worker was very very calm and nice and gave me great customer service. I did not have a very good experience here. I would recommend going to a different one. Only if you want to wait 25-30 minutes for a frappe that tastes like a water down frappe."

"My first time at this location and I asked barista for the BOGO which starts today and expires Oct 30th but she said that it was over. Not sure if the promo is only for select branches but that was disappointing."

"Easy to order ahead and pickup, or order in for take out, just eat in either way they have plenty of space to eat inside and space outside. They also have a drive thru, sometimes it can be very busy and sometimes it is much faster to get the order. Will keep coming back to get my Java."
