"Signed contract in January 2021 with work to begin in April because they were back logged. Informed them of the many elaborate parties we had planned for June and July. Bill stated they would be done in 6 weeks mid May, plenty of time. They didn’t show up until Mid April, gutted my kitchen and collected another check. Didn’t return for two weeks. Then blew every deadline. Had out of state guests that I had to pay for hotels. Rearrange parties to be in a Hall/restaurant instead of my beautiful house and land. Finally called it “completed” in end of July. Still had some issues to be finished but Bill promised to return if I paid him off. He also held a $1700 rebate from Kitchenaid over my head because it needed to be filed by July 31st. So I paid him off.. one appliance was three years old and didn’t qualify so I didn’t get the rebate and Bill never returned. I texted numerous times as more things came up. Finally I got Facebook involved and he threatened that he would delay coming a week more for every call he received. Well, eight months later I don’t see him coming and have been screwed over. Granite is rough, cabinets cracking, backsplash uneven, caulk job cracking, lighting not centered because they had to move island twice, no management and broken promises! Don’t know if they get their friends to write reviews for them but I will never recommend! Courts here we come! Photos don’t show it all. I will welcome anyone in to see in person."

"Let me start of saying we love our kitchen! Bill and Linda made the process very easy when we walked in. The installers were all professional and did a great job! The Island is wonderful. Counter tops we went with quartz and are beautiful! Our backsplash turned out amazing as well. Shout out to Jermey for doing a final walk through and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend! A+"

"I would agree that this place has beautiful granite. It is cut and installed by a sub-contractor. Read the reviews closely before you choose this Company. The few good reviews had very little done. I contracted for a Kitchen and Master Bath in November, 2020. Today, it is 90% done and we have filed a Civil lawsuit. Look at YouTube, Bill will tell you the people are crazy etc. but word for word he did exactly the same thing to us. Make your own decision but beware, we were warned and saw the reviews but they are good con artists, I am embarrassed to admit we got conned. I would have been happy to put up with the lies but the work is so bad it just does not make sense to continue to work with Express/Top Notch. I have pictures of the real work, not stock photos or staged. Sloppy is putting it nicely, it is horrible. The only good thing is the granite! Just a few examples of the work, it is difficult to get pictures of 3 different colors grout in bathroom and the cultured marble floors that were destroyed with paint and packing tape used by the demo crew.The cabinets in kitchen were installed incorrectly so the backsplash needs to be ripped out and cabinet moved. As I said, make an informed decision and give weight to the bad reviews as well as the good ones. I wish I had paid attention, using Express/Top Notch was a bad mistake!"

"We had a granite countertop put on the island in our kitchen and Top Notch did a beautiful job. Price was very reasonable they got it cut, prepped and installed quickly. We are looking forward to years of use. It’s like having a piece of art in our kitchen."
