"This is a very typical Panera Bread, except that the service is a little lacking. Even when they did offer curbside pickup they really actually brought it out to your car. Currently, no one wants to take responsibility for an answer to even the simplest question. That’s 101. I was told to do that at my first job at Burger King I 1995. But, the food is what you’d expect from Panera anywhere in the US. God, but easy to expensive. I’d still recommend this location. Also, if you one to stop for a Coke or caffeinated semi-daily the unlimited sips is an absolute no brainier."

"We just stopped by Panera in Lagrange Park for a coffee and a bagel. We weren’t greeted by anyone. The store looked closed. There were a few bagels out. After waiting in line (not because it was crowded, but because no one seemed to want to help us ), we asked if there were any bagels left. The employee answered “No” curtly. We promptly left, disappointed. I probably will start going to more local coffee shops and not waste our time and money at Panera."

"We’re never coming back to the La Grange Park Panera. They evidently have a great deal of trouble getting take out orders correct. Not only did they not provide any salad dressing with our takeout, but when we had to drive all the way back they really couldn’t care less about it. If you order takeout, you’ll have to check it before leaving — which is a real pain because you’ll have to open up every container, including salads."

"They are nice enough here, but when I ordered a full sized Fuji Apple salad for carry out, they gave a small “pick two” size salad instead. Perhaps they were confused because I had also ordered a bowl of soup. Anyway, when I objected, they added lettuce, but nothing else. When I got home I discovered it was also missing the Gorgonzola cheese. I called the store to complain, the manager is going to send me a voucher, but she seemed completely unconcerned. Don’t think I will go to this Panera branch again- they just act uninterested in the quality of the food."

"They were out of arugula by 11am. App says that you can replace the item but gives you zero options for any other lettuce. Switched to the grain bowl that I have ordered may times in the past. I always order extra salsa Verde because there is usually so little. Idk if your employees are trying to be funny or just too lazy to remake something that they obviously screwed up but my entire grain bowl might as well be salsa Verde soup. It's inedible and I just spent $13 on this thing. This was ordered at 11:15am on Sunday June 18th (Father's Day) if you wanted to check with your staff or let them know how to properly make the meal."
