"A man writing review for Victoria’s Secret? Well, that ought to tell something. Visited with wife on 1/2 in evening at 5.35 PM. Completely cluttered drawers and shelves. We wanted to check if there were any offers on a couple of at the top shelf and also wanted to check them out. When requested help from a lady who worked there, she had racist jibes at us and gave a wicked smile post that. We wanted to escalate to the store manager, and asked for one around and another lady came over. She said she was the store manager along with lady 1 (who smiles again after hearing this). We described the situation and the comments to lady 2, and were told that this is how it was. She defended lady 1. While all this was happening lady 1 was having a wicked smile at us. She was barely 3 feet away during all this. We pointed that out too but we’re told that there is nothing anyone can do and that they both were store managers so there is no place to be escalated. I wanted to call cops, but my wife said that we should probably go because we should not argue with fools. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. Adding pics of one of the store managers. The lady 1 kept on turning her back toward us as she saw I took pics to put in a review. She even left the counter open and a customer at the counter when she saw that we were trying to take pics. Was unable to capture her face but she is clearly visible too. Victoria’s Secret - I work in commercial strategy. Well, no secret that you lost a couple of brand enthusiasts."

"Nothing was in its place, none of the drawers I opened was organized. That shocked me plus the condition of the bras was bad and I thought they are supposed to be expensive and shouldn't be in this condition. I didn't purchase because I couldn't find my size plus they were in bad condition."

"Ordered a bunch of mist lotion with a combination of perfume, they said that’s a promo I was buying it during black friday sale, you buy lotion that also comes with perfume. I bought 50 so that would be 50 lotions and 50 perfumes. Atleast that’s what they told me. I checked the reciept it only says 30 and making sure that it’s correct because I don’t want to be dissappointed and that was closing time, they kicked my mother and her friend out and I dont like the tone on one of the sales associate saying that it’s for their protection like hey we’re still here to make sure our order is correct. They made me pay an additional of 100 plus dollars for adding 20 combos of perfume and lotion but when it arrived at my house, it’s only 10 perfumes and 40 lotions. I thought it was a promo. They gave me false information and I dunno if they knew what theyre doing or they just wanna go home. Never coming back here again. Awful!"

"Visited this location on 10/27/2020 at 1:04pm. Cashier #3124326 rung me up & I must say my visit was very unpleasant. The cashier lacked customer service skills & I was very offended when I was checking out & she proceeded to staple my bag & I told her this was a gift for my co-worker and I would like tissue paper in my bag & no staples please (looks tacky). She insisted it was company policy & I in return asked to speak to a supervisor & she stated “Oh look staples gone” but my receipt was stapled to the bag instead. I was treated like a thief & racially profiled. I will be contacting corporate in regards to matter as well."
