"Store is a bit disorganized with racks all over the fitting rooms. I do think they have a reasonably good selection though. My biggest gripe was with one of the cashiers (think his name was David). One of the items I wanted had a missing tag so he went to get help (at least that’s what I thought - he didn’t so much as say that as just walk off). He straight up deserted the counter for 10 minutes while I waited. Other employees were confused too asking where he was. Eventually I had the cashier at the next kiosk help me out and she was able to scan the barcode on the jacket in 20 seconds. I’m glad she came to my assistance but she shouldn’t have needed to. Was a very frustrating experience."

"Their "return policy" is unscrupulous and total bs! I have never heard of an establishment that won't refund your money when you return something till my wife tried to return a shirt one day after she bought it in which it still had the tags attached and we had the original receipt and was told they would only refund this to store credit and that they never refund to the original method of payment no matter what. Very bad business practice..."

"I've worked at Forever 21 from 2016-2018, and this store has made a lot of changes in the time! The environment is typically clean and welcoming, without being overbearing. It's a bigger store in the mall with a LOT of product, so it can be easy to get lost trying to find specific items, but employees will be able to point you in the right direction in no-time - or at least quickly retrieve someone for you who can. The product is inexpensive, but still has decent quality, and is often a quick and fashionable addition to any wardrobe."

"I've shopped here for years! It gets messy and busy but, its a great place to get trendy accessories and clothing for low prices. If you're looking for something that you found online then keep in mind that the store will probably not have it. Online and In-store are not the same. Also, every F21 store is different in layout and in items that they carry. Finding items will be hard as well but employees try to do their best to find the item that a customer is looking for. Overall I would recommend if you're looking for something quick and trendy."
