"Stopped by for a morning coffee and danish. Aside from the outrageous prices (we all already know this) this was an un pleasant experience. The cashier made a joke about giving me a complimentary napkin. It was very of putting that I paid over $13 for a coffee and danish only to be subjected to a joke with such poor taste. The cashier made it seem as if I was supposed to thank them continuously for the napkin. To many other choices around to continue to support this location."

"The African- American (black) woman at the window this morning was so rude for no reason. I did not get her name which I should have! She was upset that I went straight to the drive thru shortly after placing my mobile app order. My order was a hot drink and two breakfast items. I honestly don’t see the difference it would make if I went to the speaker and ordered the items. When I got to the window she made it very clear to not do that ever again. I asked if there was a problem and she said no and walked away. I don’t understand why she was so upset about a simple order."

"I came in this morning with my family. We ordered 4 drinks, and one chocolate croissant. I had asked for an iced gingerbread oat milk chai latte with a scoop of matcha powder. I noticed it wasn’t in the cup and I told the girl and gave it back to her and she made no changes and assured me that “we put one scoop in there” I shook up the drink and there is no matcha. Disappointed."
