Panera Bread

"They need to teach their staff customer service skills. Marisol was not professional and when you ask for manager, someone comes out named Stephanie who obviously wasn't management because when I gave her the complaint she just stared at me instead of saying of apologizing or at the least say that she would address the matter to her employee."

"Stopped before work to grab a Flatbread pizza. The staff was nice but the wait was long and the Flatbread pizza was horrible..when I think of Flatbread I think of crispy. This Flatbread was soggy an undercooked. The tomatoes were still cold I was so disappointed. And on top of that I was late for work because of the long wait. I figured it would be cooked to perfection for as long as I waited for it."

"Once I week, I visit this Panera to have breakfast and to complete my work. The location is clean, quiet and very accommodating. The WIFI is good for work meetings."

"I always go to this location because it is close to me. They used to be super good a couple months ago but, it seems like they hired new people and it is just slacking. I went through their drive thru for the pick up at around 3:30pm. Nobody said anything on the intercom after sitting there for 5 minutes. I moved up to the window and it seemed like no one seen me there. So i decided okay. i’ll go in. I go in to the counter and nobody even acknowledged me. I waited again i sat down to see if someone would say anything and nobody did. I got back up and mentioned i have a pick up and i tell them my name. They’re like no we don’t have the order. i’m like okay it was placed like 15 minutes ago and it says ready. I assume which is my fault that they were actually gonna see where the order was. No. I was there for over 30 minutes. Finally I see a manager and i tell him i can’t find my order."

"$10 for a tuna sandwich with barely any tuna in it. Seems like cutting down on protein is a trend now :("
