"if i could give them 0 stars i would. they handed me the wrong order twice. they never give me the right order. i’ve given them several chances… the morning ladies were chit chatting by the drive thru instead of focusing to get the order right. the lady at the window who handed me my wrong order was extremely lazy to extend her arm out it was absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THIS PLACE"

"My coffee was made in correctly and when I came back to get it fixed. The Indian lady said it’s because I didn’t ask for cream and sugar. I got an medium iced macchiato with six caramel swirls and six French vanilla. It taste bitter as if the only put half the amount of what I asked for. Every other Dunkin’ I’ve been too never made it where it taste bitter. It’s just the lack of integrity for me. I wouldn’t recommend unless getting something extremely basic."

"Literally surprised them at 550am with a $200 order for my company and they got me all take care of with no warning. Sorry about that, will try to better prepare you for the next one. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and while the line backed up to about 8 cars, they moved through them relatively fast while still preparing my order. Everything tasted great! Thanks again!"

"I usually order through the drive through but I figured to save time I'd try the app... I specifically ordered the glazed old fashioned munchkins no chocolate because of an allergy.. when I went to the window I asked the lady to make sure there would only be glazed old fashioned... She opened the box and said oh no there's chocolate and glazed. I showed her what I ordered and asked if she could get the ones I ordered. Her manager came by the window and said they ONLY come assorted which is weird because the app allows you to pick which ones you would like. They also have a sign that says if you have an allergy please inform us... Well I did I'm not trying to be that difficult person but if they have a sign that they can accommodate allergies and then they don't it's upsetting. I had to give away all 10 munchkins."

"I had to choose a place to make the first ever gender reveal cake for my older sister. So When this location agreed to do their very first gender reveal ice cream cake, I was so excited! The manager was the most sweetest person to work with and was able to give us what we wanted in a 24 hour notice!!! Props to her cake maker for taking our ideas and making a cake worth a while! I would recommend you guys to choose ice cream cake over color dyed cake any day. It was the best tasting cake ever, and all the kids enjoyed it."
