It didn't say that in the news all over the Internet. Don't appreciate it as this is pushing customers away if they want to buy couple dozen donuts from here to be pleased. Thanks for wasting my drive on the way home."

"I'm excited because Krispy Kreme is now running a promotion in which you can get a $1 original glazed dozen with any dozen purchase. It seemed like a decent deal to me. It's also my first time visiting a physical business. I was blown away by how vast and clean the layout is. A glass wall displays the production line of how the donuts are manufactured. Their menu is diverse, with several seasonal items. They offer a variety of appealing beverages such as hot chocolate, espresso, latte, and coffee. When checking out I didn’t receive the promo for my 2nd dozen I immediately questioned the cashier the reason I didn’t get it because I’m not a reward member. Instead wasting people time I paid the full price. It’s my fault for not reading the terms and conditions I tried the donut after getting into my car. The donut is ten times better than the grocery store-bought version. I'd never tasted such a fresh donut before. The texture is delicate, and the glazed icing melts in my tongue. I was sad that I did not receive the promotion, but the donut itself is worth the trip. I need to remind myself to register a free Krispy Kreme reward account."

"The location was closed for no reason yesterday at 6pm. The times online, on the app, and on Google maps are open until 10pm. A truck was parked in front of the drive through blocking it, and all the doors were locked with lights on inside. Many people pulled up while I was parked in the parking lot, and attempted to open the locked door. Very disappointed after driving very far to get to this location with supposedly fresh hot and ready donuts at the time I arrived. The strangest part was that the online orders were functioning through the app, so I could have purchased donuts, gotten there, and realized they closed unannounced."

"Empty place Don’t know if they are famous and running Big place. Two employees Boxes are prebuilt, They were out of coffee. So anything you see on menu for coffee is not there. Donuts were tasty. Their hats are cute. Nice ideas"
