"Close this place! Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time you go through the drive thru you get parked and wait 15mins. Orders are constantly wrong, not sure who runs this location but they need a lot of help."

"I came got some stuff including a milkshake. The vanilla milkshake was brown and almost completely black on the bottom. I called and they said they’d give me a new one. So I go back and the kid is telling me “that’s just how it is” and walks away. Then he comes back and asks if I need anything else… like yea! I need a vanilla shake not a dirt shake"

"I ordered one meal for myself and the lady in the drive thru was extremely impatient. When I asked for the total she was rude and handed me the wrong change. Honestly any other McDonald’s is better than this one"

"The manager was a jerk. I showed up at 7am but the doors were locked even though it opens at 6am and there were half a dozen workers instead. They were serving the drive-thru but I walked so I had to use the dining room, which was lit up and everything was on, just the door was locked. I tried to get their attention to open the door but they ignored me. It's freezing outside and I'm knocking and waiving and they just pretended not to see me. Then the manager had to bring a meal to someone in the drive-thru so I asked if he can open the door. He responds with attitude that he doesn't have enough people to open and then he walks away. No sorry, no attempt to assist or say when they'll open just a "dining room isn't open". Like I said a jerk with no customer service."

"I come here to order lunch the ordering is fine and the lady at the pay counter is fine but when you get to the pick up window and the guy asked you to pull off and wait 3.5 minutes for fresh food and your food isn’t fresh at all when you get it then something needs to change. Food is never fresh here it is mediocre at best. The fries have definitely been sitting a while and the chicken nuggets were Luke warm to cold. It’s not like this place was all that busy. This is unacceptable when you make someone wait your 3.5 minutes for fresh food and don’t deliver. When you tell the customer to wait for fresh food they expect it to be fresh and not taste like it has been sitting for while so they have to warm it up."
