"Been coming here on and off for a few years now after a friend referred me here. Just decided a few months ago to stop going to other local parts chains at all because every time I end up coming into bumper to bumper I receive great help from many of the same people and they have a good variety of parts for a fair price. Other chains - the service is more hit or miss. I’ve received excellent service from both Kevin and Randall - both good dudes that are easy to work with and helpful. I am an experienced (home) mechanic and have been to every parts store in 60014. These are good people. I help a lot of friends fix their cars in the area and will continue to refer people here as well. The store feels a little dated and the parking lot could use a facelift but still didn’t ding them a star because the parts and service are still awesome. Great local places like this is why I don’t shop at the “latest new chain” store."

"Absolutely the best at finding the right part the first time at an excellent cost. I drive my car every day, and when I need to repair something it needs to happen yesterday. Bumper to bumper makes sure I get the right part so that I can get the job done that night so I don't miss a day at work. The right part, the first time. No one else can really claim that, while simultaneously not breaking the bank- even for those hard to find Subaru parts. These folks are awesome, don't even bother anywhere else."
