"I went today in the afternoon March 4th for my daughter. It is hard to shop for a different age group for some. Staff doesn’t ask if you need help, hiding. Cashier with accent and chunky hair highlights acted like she didn’t want to ring anyone up and it was a chore for her. If you don’t like interacting with the public I get that but maybe get another job? I’ll go elsewhere where they will actually help me, I will find cute things for my daughter, and I can spend my money."
"Hollister is horrible. We came here to exchange hoodie due to size problems. They told us without checking properly that they don't have bigger size. We returned it and then we found they had a large sized hoodie. When we showed it to them, they didn't even apologize but they told we need to pay more to buy that hoodie because it s now new transaction. They're really horrible. We need to pay more because of their error and they don't even feel bad about their mistakes.."
"Jasmine the manager had no experience to handle customers coming buy gifts for their kids. My son was leaving for services abroad and I wanted to buy a hoodie she refused to price match with the online price and I had left with the very sad experience .
