"I was here a few weeks ago and the manager ( I’m predicting) was absolutely rude! The poor employees were trying to do their job and all you hear him say is how horrible it all looks? I’m not sure if the employees were new or what but either way it’s completely unprofessional and just rude. Worst forever 21 location I’ve ever been too, will not be returning."

I had the tag along with the receipt and the young woman working REFUSED to make the exchange due to what she said was “store policy”. I am disgusted that this store just STOLE money from me and for what reason? The shirt was $12.99. A $12.99 exchange should not be an issue! What good is a shirt that doesn’t fit? Absolutely awful customer service and lack of human decency."
