"It took ten minutes until I got the food. No one waiting before me. The taste was normal or below. The special Phoe $13.99, and I think it is over priced."
"There are other eating places in Woodfield you can enjoy and have a better experience. When we were ordering there are so many unnecessary signs on the counter. Samples include " let us know if you are ordering to go before paying," "extra sriracha $1," etc. The food is acceptable but nothing to rave about. The pho we ordered was packed with so much noodles and not enough of the meats. I get that. Inflation must really made everything so bad. The worst part is the service. The lady with glasses who served us seems to be going to a really very very bad day and brought it all on us. She is probably the unfriendliest person in the world for now. She looked at us with no greeting, no smile, no reaction. I think it would be better to just make this place a self served or automated food place. She gave us our food in the tray with no words or expression of any kind. She is visibly irked when I asked her which is which from our order since they were in the same container bowls. This lady needs some training in customer service or probably do some other job. One star is the lowest I can rate her. Wished there was a negative star. No wonder this is the only place in the fastfood area where nobody is ordering or queuing. I recommend other places."
"I'm not generally a "mall food court" person but I'm a huge fan of pho so, since I was shopping and hungry, I thought "why not?" and I stopped by Pho Cafe. First things first: the price is higher than you would pay for most of the fast junk in food courts but it's not insane. In fact, at $13, it's about the same price I usually pay for pho anywhere else I go so that didn't phase me at all. Second: I ordered the traditional beef pho (the house version has tripe, which I don't love) and wow! The bowl was huge and full of delicious broth, a ton of noodles, and they didn't skimp out on the beef either. The spices were just right, too. I had to laugh because there's a sign at the counter giving prices for extra bean sprouts and extra noodles but honestly, I can't imagine who would want even more than what they already give you - I can't even finish what's in my original order (and I'm not a light eater). I was *very* pleasantly surprised! As in, I will definitely come back here to get my pho fix in the future!"
"I was window shopping in the mall and came across this food stall in the food court area. I ordered the Rare Beef Pho, to my surprise, the taste is very authentic and the portion is good. Pricing wise is a little on the high side, average $10/bowl. It was nice to warm up the stomach with a nice bowl of Pho during the winter."
"This taste of this broth was slightly above average. However, as you can see in the photo there is a large thick layer of oil on the bowl. This wasn’t acceptable in to my standards. Anyone cooking pho would know you skim out the fat before serving. Only 2 leaves of basil was provided. The noodles were soft and I assume was fresh. If you need a pho hit, this place could suffice as one. $11USD for a small bowl of pho in a food court was a bit steep. The fresh spring rolls is definitely a hard miss for anyone considering to order it. It missed the mark completely. The filling was just noodles and prawns. Nothing else. Usually some other form of protein is added but nothing in this."
