Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 1761 Frank Scott Parkway East, O'Fallon, IL 62269

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The girl taking orders was so high she kept asking the same questions multiple times and still got the order wrong. Ordered the surf and turf but she rang in the tackle box. Ordered the fish sandwich and she said they were out of sandwiches then came back on the intercom saying it would be 7 minutes. I asked if they were out of all sandwiches which she said yes but they had fish. I said I ordered the fish sandwich. Tried ordering a large tea but she said there were no large cups. The food was gross and the service was horrible. The girl at window was sluring her words and her bloodshot eyes were barely open. Why would you allow your employee to be on drugs and run the drive thru line at lunch time when people only have so much time to eat. No one has time to spend dealing with a horribly ran restaurant."

"All I can say is this place is absolutely disgusting inside and outside! Our food was cold place was absolutely dirty! Can't say because they were short handed because there were at least 8 employees. The store opened up 30 minutes after we got there and it was disgusting! Attitude staff, they really like to cuss and act a fool while working. Employee that was working the drive thru was eating while taking orders and eating chicken crumbs off the area where food is stored. I imagine this location will be closed before long. The store in no way shape or form has been taken care of. This location is fairly new and cannot believe the shape its in."

"When through the drive thu worst chicken I have ever had from popeyes.. the chicken was dry and burnt, had no flavor, and service was not friendly at all.. payed 16.42, and it was even worth the .42 cents..."

"The place has been open for maybe a couple months. Front door is broken, the entire place was trashed, bathroom was a mess, lobby trash was overflowing in every can. I couldn't tell what the girl was doing who took our order. No receipt was given to us, Nuggets and popcorn shrimp, 2 drinks 32.oo! Not worth it in any way. Pictures will be posted tomorrow."

"The food was delicious. We dined in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Inside the restaurant was not properly cleaned. The men's restroom was not usable. I mentioned it to the staff, and they put a closed sign in front of the door! Overall, they need more help or a maintenance person! The food here was some of the best at any Popeyes!"
