"Took 40 minutes for one drink and I had ordered ahead and was quoted 18 minutes and it wasn't done for 22 minutes after that. Also girl making the drinks was constantly flipping and playing with her hair, which was down, while singing to her own music in her earbuds. Do not recommend this location"

"Went inside for a coffee on a Saturday afternoon. No one in line in front of me but said it was a 25 minute wait for an order. The only line was the drive through."

"This review is more so regarding the Starbucks App. It would be wonderful if there was a feature that allowed customers to see what their estimated wait time will be before placing orders. And if not that there should be an option to cancel your order within the first two or three minutes of placing it. Otherwise customers have to roll the dice every morning on whether they’ll have enough time for the coffee shop stop. Something needs to change. Please make it make sense. Revise your oder in advance process. It will help your staff as well as your loyal customers. Don’t we at least deserve that!?"

"The only time I’m ever disappointed is when I decide to place my Starbucks order at the target down the street, instead of going to this location. The coffee, service, and vanilla scones are always fabulous."
